Question 1. How old do you have to be?

Regrettably you must be over 18 yrs old to start training  with Warrior Strong Fitness Limited.

Question 2. How many other Warriors will be on the session?

A session will only ever have a maximum of 15 clients. 

Question 3. What is Tabbing and HIIT?

Tabbing, AKA Tactical Advance to Battle is a combination of fast pace walking and running carrying a weighted Bergan (rucksack) with the correct weight that suits your fitness ability.

HIIT, AKA High Intensity Interval Training is repeated, extremely hard bouts of work interspersed with periods of recovery, using the equipment we carry.

Simple but not easy; fun yet challenging.

Question 4. Will I feel welcome?

Everyone over the age of 18 will be very welcome to Warrior Strong Fitness as it’s age and gender free with a proud diversity and inclusivity culture and a strong ethos of honesty and fairness.

Question 5. How fit do I need to be?

Warrior Strong Fitness caters for most fitness levels and abilities with apprentice, elite and regular sessions to choose from.

Question 6. How often should I attend Warrior Strong Fitness?

This is dependent on several factors however due to it being fairly high intensity training, it is not generally recommended to do more than 4 session's a week.

Question 7. What do I need to wear and bring with me? 

It is suggested that you wear, well fitted light weight walking boots, fell running trainers, cross country trainers or something equivalent with some grip and ankle support. Road running trainers can be worn depending on the ground and weather conditions.

light weight walking trousers, leggings, shorts or something similar which is quick drying and doesn't  rub, long or short sleeve training  tops ideally breathable or with wicking fabrics.

It's also recommended  to bring a full robust water bottle, a warm thermal jacket or hoody and a warm hat to wear prior and post exercise sessions especially during cold months. You will most likely be muddy and wet post session so a towel or something to protect your car after training with a change of foot wear is also recommended.

Body piercings, chains and rings are also strongly recommended to be removed or taped up prior to the start of any session.

Question 8. Is the instructor qualified and insured?

The Warrior Strong Fitness instructor is a former Military PTI and holds a Group Exercise Instructor Practitioner qualification through CIMSPA. Warrior Strong Fitness Limited is fully insured and has full public liability insurance.

Question 9. How long does the session actually last?

The session will start on the hour and will be a full 60 minutes this will include the warm up and cool down.  It is advised to turn up 15 minutes before the session starts to fit kit.

Question 10. How much do Warrior Strong Fitness sessions cost?

Sessions are £12 which can be paid via the booking link, on 'Book a Session' page. Memberships can be arranged at the end of the sessions or by email. These make the sessions much cheaper.
