THE ULTIMATE TRAINING EXPERIENCE - VETERAN FOUNDER

Warrior Strong Fitness brings people together, strengthening communities through daily workouts to challenge and prove to people they are capable of more; by applying fundamental principles used in the Armed Forces.

About
The Ultimate Training Experience

Warrior Strong Fitness has been created by a former Parachute Regiment and Royal Army Physical Training Corps fitness professional.

A typical session will use TABBING and HIIT training to build endurance, strength and character.

'Tabbing' is a military term used for tactical advance to battle. In its raw form, it means moving with weight. This has huge fitness benefits including increased fat loss due to a high level of energy expenditure it requires, enhanced anaerobic capacity and advanced core strength endurance to name a few. Training with weight also has the added advantage of carrying your own gym on your back which will be adapted for many more exercises during the session. The weight carried will be determined by the level of your ability.

If you are a CrossFit athlete, joining the services, preparing for a fitness event or just looking for a unique, varied, fun and serious way to train Warrior Strong Fitness is where you  need to be. We will assist you in achieving your true fitness potential and reaching your goals, with every session being delivered with passion and a positive military style ethos.

In addition to training on an individual level we also cater for corporate activities and sports teams.

Our Warrior Sessions

Unlike most other outdoor fitness providers Warrior Strong Fitness delivers training sessions that take place in multiple outdoor environments across the Warwickshire countryside, utilising the natural features within the landscape and reducing the environmental  footprint by not training on the same area each session.

With a maximum of 25 people in each session, Warrior SF will train in all weathers and light conditions, using it as an advantage to deliver a robust level of training, using different techniques.

At Warrior SF you will train along side other likeminded Warriors which will help, encourage, motivate and maintain the safety of all individuals to achieve their goals.

Each session will aim to target different components of fitness. Over time this will develop a true fitness Warrior with excellent functional fitness that will certainly provide advantages to any athlete on or off the field whatever your sport or discipline. The training programme will make every Warrior more resistant to physical injury including a further emphasis on mindfulness, aiming to achieve  good, positive mental health.

You can choose to either exclusively train with Warrior SF or use it to compliment any other training provider or programmes by choosing to train one or more sessions a week, with a selection of locations and times to suit your professional and personal commitments.
